All sales are final. However, as we pride ourselves on our products, if products are damaged upon delivery please contact us within 7 days of receiving your goods. 

Please include the following information:

• Full Name
• Order Number 
• Images of the Product and State Your Reason for Returning
• Replacement of damaged good's will be dispatched within 48 hours

*We do not offer a refund or exchange for change of minds.

Once you have booked your service / Course all sales are final. 

DEPOSIT PAYMENT'S ARE STRICTLY NON REFUNDABLE / TRANSFERABLE

• In the event of date change request for appointment's & The academy you must provide us with 72 hours notice failure to give this notice within 72 hours your full deposit is forfeited.
• Prices & Availability is subject to change without notice.
• Same day cancellation will not be accepted & your full deposit is forfeited.
• In the unlikely event of change from our company your full deposit will be held in credit on your file
